Our review team's analyses were quite positive in regards to this ebook, even though the package was centered almost entirely on women's fitness and health. Still, most of our team felt that this was a very worthwhile workout guide that could be useful for just about anyone. The only stumbling block of note was the price, which came in at a little under 200 dollars. This was manifested in our review team's final grades, which on average were a 4 stars out of 5 score.
